- Basic Ground Shipping - Domestic US orders with Basic Ground shipping method may take up to 4-7 business days to process before shipping. Once your package leaves our warehouse shipping may take up to 5-7 business days in transit.
- FedEx Overnight Shipping - Domestic US orders submitted before 11 a.m. (Pacific) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after the 11 a.m. cutoff or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
- FedEx 2-Day Shipping - Domestic US orders submitted before 11 a.m. (Pacific) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after the 11 a.m. cutoff or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
- International Shipping - We're delighted to offer international shipping. International deliveries may take up to 2 weeks depending on your specific location. If you're ordering from a major metropolitan city, your order will likely arrive sooner. Please note: It is not possible to anticipate, show, or calculate customs duties and import taxes in your cart or during the checkout process. Customer is responsible for any customs duty, import taxes or related fees owed.

If it has been more than 7 days since the order was marked as Delivered, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Full-price (sale items, limited editions, and items marked "Final Sale" on their product page are not returnable)
- Unused and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact (including dust bags)
- Submitted in our return portal within 14 days of delivery
