ORDERING 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to how we process our orders, changes are not guaranteed as your order may have already been processed or shipped.

When will my order ship?
We adhere to the following shipping policy:
 
Orders submitted before 11:00am PST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00am PST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
 
Orders placed Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) with Basic Ground shipping method will be processed within 7-10 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

Before completing your order, please, confirm your name, address (including apartment/unit #) is correct to avoid delays. Parker Thatch is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses or units that have been submitted incorrectly.

If you buy pre-order items and in stock items together your order will not be shipped until the pre-order item is released.

How long will it take to get my order?
Standard domestic shipping can take 5-7 business days once your package leaves our warehouse.
We offer FedEx Two-Day and Overnight shipping for domestic US orders. You will receive your order in 1-2 business days depending on your method of shipping unless there are unforeseen delays with FedEx. Expedited shipping cutoff is 11:00 am PST. Orders placed after cutoff or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to reach you depending on your location. If you're ordering from a major metropolitan city your order will likely arrive sooner.
If you buy pre-order items and in stock items together your order may not be shipped until the pre-order item is released.

Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is sent to the email address that you entered at checkout. If you’re using ShopPay or Apple Pay make sure to confirm the email address associated with your account is correct.

In most cases order confirmations aren’t received due to a typo in the email address or an alternative email was used with the order. If you place an order and don't get a confirmation please check your junk folder and alternative emails accounts first. If you still don't see a confirmation please contact us. Be sure to include the full name associated with your order.

The item I want is out of stock. Do you restock items?
We try to keep our classics in stock year round. For our more seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked. Visit the product page of any sold-out item and select the red button that says “EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE.” If we do restock the item you have your eye on, you’ll be the very first to know.

Limited edition and collaboration items are usually not restocked.

The item I want is available for pre-order. How long will it take to ship?
Please see the product description for an approximate shipping date on your pre-order item. If you’re ordering other in stock items along with your pre-order the entire order will ship together on the estimated ship date.

 

SHIPPING

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. If you're expecting a shipping notification but haven't received one please check your junk folder and the email address associated with the order.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries, please reach out to customerservice@parkerthatch.com if you’d like to be sure we ship to your location.

My package was lost or damaged. What should I do?
Parker Thatch is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen goods. Once your order leaves our warehouse it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the package. Loss, theft and damage from shipping is out of our control. Route package insurance is available as an extra layer of protection.
If there is an issue with your package please contact FedEx or USPS to resolve the issue as PT has no further information outside of your tracking number.

Tracking shows my order was delivered but I haven't received it. What now?
Sometimes couriers will mark a package as delivered before it's been dropped off-keep an eye out because your package will likely be delivered soon.

Check your mailbox, front and back doors, behind planters, the garage or any other place your package could have been left. Please check with your neighbors to make sure they didn't get your package by mistake.

If still missing, chat with your courier as they usually remember where they left an item. PT does not have access to your courier and cannot chat with them for you.

Most lost or missing packages are found and delivered a few days later. If there is an issue with your package please contact FedEx or USPS to resolve the issue as PT has no further information outside of your tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full price items that are unused, in the original packaging with tags attached and have a return request made within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including dustbags) with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging.

Parker Thatch reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.

Socks are final sale due to health standards.

At this time, PT does not offer return shipping and the customer is responsible for shipping through a courier of their choosing. Items returned to the incorrect facility will not be eligible for return.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Collaborations and limited editions are considered final sale.

How do I make a return?

How long will it take to receive my refund?
All returned items are sent to a separate facility before making their way to us.
Once we receive your returned goods and inspect the items(s) we will issue a refund. In some cases this process can take up to 2 weeks. Before contacting us please check with your bank to ensure your refund hasn't already been received.

I received a damaged/defective item. What now?
Please email customerservice@parkerthatch.com right away and we will be sure to correct the issue! Please, include your order number and a photo of the issue for a speedier resolution.

Why have I not received a reply to my email?
Please send emails only to customerservice@parkerthatch.com. If you sent it to any other address for example noreply@parkerthatch.com you will not receive a response.
