If you follow these deadlines, we will get your order to the shipper on time. We are not responsible for shipper-based issues including but not limited to delay, loss, or damage.
Shippers include US Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.

Due to the high order volume during the Holiday Season, after an order has been placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully when checking out.

Eligible, full-priced merchandise ordered between December 1, 2025 - December 15, 2025 can be returned until January 8, 2026. Orders placed after December 15, 2025 are subject to our standard return policy.

Sale merchandise cannot be returned. All other return policy conditions still apply.
