REPAIRS POLICY
We have a wonderful, small (but mighty!) team here in California that makes these pieces possible. Please know that we are not a huge company like Amazon and your kindness, grace, and understanding is greatly appreciated as we work our hardest to work with you to process your repair as soon as humanly possible.
REPAIRS INVOLVING MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
Parker Thatch will evaluate each repair on a case-by-case basis, and will typically (up to 1 year from date of purchase) repair items that have manufacturing defects.
REPAIRS INVOLVING CUSTOMER-CAUSED ISSUES
Parker Thatch does not cover customer-caused repair issues (e.g. spills, stains, zippers broken from misuse, etc.) at any time.
REPAIRS TIMING
Please allow 8-12 weeks for repairs as Parker Thatch does not have an in-house repairs facility.
ALL REPAIRS
In all cases, your repair request will be studied by our after-sales service team to propose the most appropriate solution.
