REPAIRS POLICY
Your satisfaction is of great value to us. In the unlikely event your handbag needs repair within 12 months of the purchase date, Parker Thatch will arrange the shipping, repair it, and ship it back to your address free of charge. Proof of purchase from www.parkerthatch.com or Parker Thatch store is required. For items purchased outside of our site or store, please contact the retailer for further assistance.
Parker Thatch will evaluate each repair on a case-by-case basis, and will typically (up to 1 year from date of purchase) repair items that have structural or manufacturing defects. Please note that normal wear and tear of the leather is excluded from the guarantee and we are unable to repair leather marks or stains (please avoid contact with clothing with strong dyes such as dark jeans as they may stain the leather) as these are not quality faults.
Repairs Timing
Please allow 8-12 weeks for repairs as Parker Thatch does not have an in-house repairs facility.
