Welcome back to another edition of Trois et Moi. For each installment we’ll ask someone whose style we admire (that’s the moi part) to take one Parker Thatch bag and show us three different ways they wear it (that’s the trois part).
This week we’re featuring Jordan Rose. Jordan is an LA-based luxury travel designer and creator of Atelier Le Monde on Substack. In other words, she’s the person to go to when you need to know the chicest hotels, the hottest new restaurants or the best shopping in any spot. Jordan describes her style as “minimal, alluring, effortless and sensual.” We often talk about our bags in the same terms, so teaming up with Jordan felt like a perfect match.
For her PT bag, she went with the Jack in beechwood suede. “I love a large tote for travel,” Jordan explained. “And suede is perfect for basically every season. JORDAN’S STYLE TIPS:
Keep it minimal—but personal.
For a staycation at the Chateau Marmont, Jordan put together this effortlessly polished look. The key? Start with a simple base—denim and a white drapey top in this instance—and then add in unique touches through accessories that add texture and dimension.
Make it monochrome.
Jordan built this look around a day trip to the Casa Museo Boschi di Stefano in Milan. A tonal palette of creams, soft whites and ivories allows more room to play with shapes and proportions, and the suede bag brings warmth and depth, grounding it so it feels perfect for a daytime excursion.
Focus on fluidity.
The final ‘fit was created with cocktails in mind—at Harry’s Bar in Paris, no less. Silky, swingy fabrics and asymmetrical silhouettes are made to move easily and naturally with you, for an end result that perfectly walks the line between polished and undone.
