All returns require pre-authorization. Any items returned without pre-authorization will not be eligible for refund.
Please email email@example.com to request your return authorization. Once you receive your return authorization, we will also specify the address to which you should return your items.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized/personalized items cannot be returned.

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• International shipping, taxes, or duty
All shipping costs (i.e. the shipping costs you paid when you placed your order) are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
